Warranty Guidelines for Apparels:

Six month of warranty provided by Million Rides against manufacturing defects all apparels distributed through our authorized dealers.
Million Rides will not responsible for problems occurring due to reasons like crash or fall, any customization like glue, paint, stitching or any patches, improper handling or misuse of the products, paint fade due to prolonged exposure to sunlight/UV light, specifically for high-viz and bright colors, any wear or tear due to use, damage to stitching, zippers, buttons, due to improper usage, ageing/damage of inner fabrics/liners due to usage.

Procedure For Warranty Claim:

All Million Rides products approved for a warranty claim will be repaired or replaced by the company. Our aim is to examine each claim on an individual basis and work with the customer towards resolving the claim in a mutually. If the product is not available or discontinued, we will provide other alternative model for you. There will be no refund if the product is not available. The replacement will be done if the product is in stock.
Before sending the item to us for warranty claim, you need to send the following details at support@millionrides.com along with a scanned copy of Proof of Purchase/Invoice Copy.

Details to be mentioned in the email are as follows:

1) Customer Name
2) Purchase Date
3) Description with images
4) Scanned copy of Invoice/Bill
You are requested to ship the replacement of the products to Million Rides address.
